ACS Managed Learning Programme MLP for ACS is an IGEM approved new entrants’ training package designed for novice operatives to complete the gas programme and become a Gas Safe registered gas engineer on successful completion.
This is an intensive New Entrants Gas Course designed for prospective experienced Plumbers’ considering a career in Domestic Natural Gas. Our NICEIC and IGEM approved course will provide you with essential theory and practical training at our purpose-built Gas Training Centre which will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to becoming a successful Gas Engineer.

This qualification has been designed for anyone considering starting a career in Gas Safe engineering, with or without a plumbing background.
There are no formal entry requirements to enrol for this course, however, you will be required to have fully achieved the Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing (or Technical Certificate equivalent). For example: City & Guilds 6129 or 6035, EAL or BPEC. You will also be required to have a work placement in plumbing and heating industry.
The duration of this course is highly dependent on your availability, motivation and final portfolio building assessment required to achieve this qualification. However, most delegates can complete this programme within 45 days if full-time training and assessment is provided or up to 6 months for part-time delegates.
The ACS MLP Course fee is charged at £3,200 + VAT (£3,840) and does not include your final portfolio building and Initial ACS. We require a 10% deposit for registration and course commencement.
