The CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme – SMSTS has been designed for experienced Site Managers looking to enhance their knowledge on managing of health and safety and legal requirements when leading a construction site in the UK.
This is a Site Safety Plus (SSP) from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) which brings benefits to site managers, supervisors, industry stakeholders and employers in the construction industry.
This is weekend-only training course is currently being delivered over 5 consecutive days during weekends only, meeting the minimum training required of 37.5 hours and includes:
This course is intended for those with a site management background in the construction industry. Those without previous health and safety management experience are recommended to sit the two-day SSSTS course.
Following successful completion of both the theory and practical elements of your training course with us, you will be provided awarded your CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme – SMSTS, qualification certificate valid for 5 years.
CDC Group is a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and a Site Safety Plus (SSP) Training Centre.
CITB funding and its automated grant process is available for this training course for eligible CITB Levy Registered Employers.
