The IPAF Single 3A Mobile Vertical MEWP Operator training course has been designed for anyone who operates a Mobile Elevated Work Platform, such as a mobile vertical lift platform, also known as Scissor Lifts.

Delegates should take this course to comply with the duties placed upon employers and employees by law. The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) PAL Licence is recognised worldwide. A PAL Card and certificate are issued to the candidate on successful completion of the course and assessment.

IPAF ePAL

From 01 June 2021, all IPAF PAL cards and certificates applied for will be issued in digital format via the ePAL App.

Operators can download the app for free on Apple iOS and Android devices and use it to view and access their digital PAL Cards, Logbooks and IPAF Safety Guides. Our Instructors will talk you through this process at the start of your IPAF course.

CDC will be using the new IPAF Digital PAL Card Licence Application (ePAL) to process all IPAF certification.

IPAF Physical PAL Card Licence Application (Printed Certificate and IPAF PAL Card) – charged at £25.00 + VAT if required
