Our Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace classroom training course is developed for individuals looking to raise their awareness of the signs and symptoms associated with mental health problems both related to the workplace, and in the general public.
Although this qualification is ideal for those who are line managers or work in human resources (HR) departments, any member of staff should be able to attend and complete this training.
This 2 days training course is intended for those who have an interest in mental health first aid and would like to raise their awareness and be able to actively listen and guide or support work colleagues.
The qualifications contains 1 Mandatory Unit with a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 14 hours, which includes:

Following successful completion of your training course, you will be awarded a Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF), an Ofqual regulated qualification valid for three years.
