Finance is a great way to spread the cost of your course booking purchase. To make it easy, we’ve teamed up with Deko whose technology lets you apply for and complete a loan application quickly, easily and informatively (see examples below).
This is a great way to spread the cost of training over a timeframe to suit you, at a competitive rate or even Interest Free, plus you can repay some or all of your loan at any time without any early repayment charge.

Simply add the items you love to your basket. Once you are at the checkout select the finance option that suits you and choose Deko. The quick application form is simple and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete and you will receive a decision instantly. Easy!
Available Finance Options from CDC Group
We offer a range of interest-free finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase over 6, 9 or 12 months. The value of the loan needs to be over £250 and no more than £15,000.

Before you apply, please note that you will only be considered for finance if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 1 hour per week or £10,000 income per annum), unless you are retired and receiving a private or company pension, or you are in receipt of disability living allowance
- Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
- Have a good credit history with no late payments, Debt Relief Orders, County Court Judgments or bankruptcies.

Use of your Personal Data
In order to process your application, you will be asked to provide information about your personal, employment and financial situation. Deko will need to share your personal data with Duologi the lender so that they can make a decision about whether to offer you finance. Duologi will perform a search with one or more Credit Reference Agencies to conduct their creditworthiness and affordability assessment to help them make their decision.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Will I be accepted for finance?
Whether you’re accepted for finance or not depends on many different factors. At Duologi, they have a dedicated credit team that uses their bespoke credit engine to help them reach decisions. Duologi will perform a search with one or more Credit Reference Agencies to conduct their creditworthiness and affordability assessment to help them make their decision. This search will appear on your credit file and will be visible to other lenders if you apply for credit with them in future.
In some cases, your application will be referred for further assessment. You may be asked to provide some more information to help Duologi make their decision. If this does happen, you will be told whether your application has been accepted as soon as the decision is made.
2. What to do if I have been declined?
If your application was declined, Duologi may be unable to give you specific reasons why. Duologi uses information from your credit report, alongside your income and expenditure data to make a lending decision. If you feel that there has been a mistake, please feel free to contact Duologi via email at support@duologi.com or call them on 0345 5211 881 Option 2.

3. I have a question about my finance agreement, who should I contact?
That’s fine, however, changing your payment date can only be done after the first payment has been taken.

6. I can't pay my deposit online. What now?

7. When will I receive a copy of my loan agreement?
As part of your application on the Deko platform, you will be presented with pre-contractual information and a copy of your credit agreement for you to digitally sign. Please take time to check the details in these documents are correct and that you understand the amount and frequency of your payments before you sign. Once your deposit has been paid, a copy of your e-Signed credit agreement will be emailed to you.

8. How do I make my monthly payments?
Your payments will be taken by Direct Debit using the details you provide during your application. If you’d like, you can make additional payments by debit or credit card.
9. Can I request delivery to an address other than my home address?
In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we are only able to deliver goods to your home address.
10. How can I amend my booking order?
If you have been approved for finance, the amount or term cannot be amended. You will need to contact us to amend the goods or services your ordered and you may need to complete a new application for finance.
Please note we cannot guarantee a new credit application will be approved. All credit applications will leave a credit “footprint” on your credit history.
11. What do I do if I haven't received my qualification certificate?

12. What should I do if I can’t make my payments?
If you find that you’re struggling to make your payments, you should contact Duologi as soon as possible. They will work with you to come to a repayment solution that meets your needs and does not put you at risk of wider financial difficulties. 13. What if I want to cancel my course and finance agreement?
You will have a 14-day cooling off period, during which you can cancel your finance agreement.
To cancel your finance agreement, you will need to contact us and arrange a cancellation of your course in line to our Terms and Conditions. Once we have confirmed your cancellation, we will advise Duologi to cancel your finance agreement and refund any payments that have been made.
If you have made an in-centre application, we will refund any deposit payments that you made.
Please note: in some cases and depending on the nature of the product or service you have purchased, you will not be able to return your goods. Our terms and conditions will explain the types of goods that cannot be returned.
14. What happens to my loan if I want to return my order?
There is a 14-day cooling-off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this, please contact us (your retailer) directly. We can cancel the application on your behalf. There is no need to contact Deko or your lender.
A payment plan does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we’ll cancel your application. Your lender will refund your deposit and let you know if you have any balance to repay.

15. What if I have complaints?
Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong. If you have cause to complain about the service you’ve received from us, Deko or Duologi, you can make a complaint either by phone or in writing.
To complain about our goods or services, please contact us via email on info@cdc.org.uk and we will aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. More information about our complaints handling process can be found in our terms and conditions.
